Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

This was my first time eating at Freddy's. The staff was extremely friendly and patient. I appreciate them giving me the time to review the menu and to add additional items after ordering. Special thank you to Tristan for the great customer service. The burger was really good. Overall good vibes from this place. Would eat here again.

I came to Freddy’s today after having a really hard day, and I just want to say how much I appreciate the experience. The food was fresh, hot, and ready super fast, with no mistakes at all on my order. The employees were all in great moods, which honestly lifted my spirits more than they probably realize. The place was clean, peaceful, and even the bathrooms were spotless. I also noticed a sign advertising kid activities, which made me smile it’s so thoughtful to see businesses do little things like that for families. I truly just want to show some appreciation. Thank you for being a bright spot in my day. I’ll definitely be back!

The customer service was very good! Our food was fresh. The burger was very delicious! I will say the fries need some improvement. I'm aware it may be Freddy's signature fries, but it's hard to dip in sauce. They're so skinny that they get cold super quickly. I'll be back, I'll just get onion rings or tots next time.

I am not very familiar with the chain, i decided to stop and check it out, But when I tell you, this burger was crafted to perfection, It was not soaked in juices and yet flavorful and moist, The person taking the order was very patient with me ordering as I was not very familiar with the menu, Food was so fresh, tater tots hot and crispy, and the key lime concrete soooo heavenly…. Let’s just say I will be going back now on a weekly basis if not more than that

Food is good, service is another story and not a good one at that. No customers in the restaurant whatsoever when I arrived. At least 4-5 employees, one or two running the drive through and grill. I waited 7 minutes to be acknowledged, food order given,and waited on at front counter. Could hear a lot of laughing and carrying on in the back employee area behind counter. Floors, all tables, and soda fountain staging area were all uncleaned. Employees had plenty of time to look at and clean their cell phones though and laugh and sing and joke. Time to crack the employee whip and square away the help, management!!Get them to working and not acting like they are on the local street corner hanging out with their buddies. This is not a good look for your restaurant.

Freddy's has never let me down. I love their burgers and fries. The custard is a great finish to the meal.

The restaurant was clean and staff was great. I ordered the California style double with fries and my wife had the original double with onion rings. All of our food was fresh and tasted great. The burgers were cooked right and juicy, not dried out. Service was quick too. We'll return.

Easily my favorite burger spot. I don't know what it is about those stacked super thin patties but I love them lol And let's not talk about their Sundaes with a brownie at bottom. Jeezzz
